The following questions will help me understand your requirements better and create a more detailed project analysis. Answering these questions will lead to a much smoother experience for you and me. Any and all information you provide below will be outlined in your contract.

While many questions are optional, I hope you take the time to seriously consider each question and answer as many as clearly and fully as possible. If you have already provided information that is asked below in previous correspondences, it is not required you restate it, but it does help me to have it all in one spot and gives you a chance to add/change any details.
